Launched in 2012, The Au Co is the only cruise operator in Halong Bay offering continuous three-day cruise in a single trip through the Gulf of Tonkin, covering world-renowned Halong Bay & Bai Tu Long Bay. In addition to bringing the guests to the most remote parts of the area to provide them with an exclusive itinerary, The Au Co features state of the art design in safety and luxury. The fleet is composed of 2 luxurious ships, boasting 32 spacious private cabins each with fully equipped bathrooms and panoramic balconies.

Join our guide on a kayaking excursion in the hidden lagoons or visit a peaceful area in Bai Tu Long Bay on a traditional rowing boat. Halong Bay, designated a UNESCO world heritage site for its limestone rock formations, is home to about 2,000 isles and islets of different shapes and sizes, creating a truly breath-taking seascape. Halong Bay is also attractive for beautiful beaches on the small islands. Awake early and join the Tai Chi session on the sundeck or enjoy the breath-taking views of the bay while The Au Co cruises leisurely in Halong Bay.

The first day of your cruise provides an introduction to the amazing scenery of Lan Ha Bay. Cruising through Halong Bay will literally take your breath away.
Depart from Tuan Chau, meet the on board team and receive a safety briefing. Acquaint yourself with the five elements cuisine with lunch on board, while The Au Co cruises leisurely towards to South East Halong Bay passing by Chicken Crock, Finger Islet, Toad Islet… . Then enjoy your time exploring Dark & Bright Lagoon by bamboo boat or kayak. Traditional massage (chargeable), sunbathing on board or swimming around platform is optional.
Back to The Au Co to join a Traditional cooking demonstration then enjoy Happy Hour with “Buy One Get One Free”: Beer, House wine (by the glass), Soft drinks, Long drinks, Cocktails...
Savour our signature 5-star gourmet dinner with an elegant combination of Vietnamese traditional flavour and an international touch. During the evening, you can take your time watching a movie in the restaurant or enjoy squid fishing with our crew members.
The boat will anchor for the night in a peaceful location.
Start the day with Tai Chi - physical movements designed for relaxation, balance and health - on the sundeck of the boat while enjoying the breathtaking panorama
After breakfast, The Au Co stops at Cat Ba Island where you could spend time cycling and exploring the national tropical park with a local guide.
Then, come back to the boat and relax before savouring a delicious lunch in the Halong Restaurant while The Au Co slowly passes by beautiful karst towers.
Later our captain and chief engineer will show you the Bridge and Engine room - special tour allowed by the captain. And in the afternoon, travel to Ho Ba Ham to explore the area by kayaking, a stunning place to lay your eyes on.
Return to The Au Co to enjoy an extended Happy Hour for two hours (buy one get one for free). Try the barbeque buffet in the restaurant while the boat is at anchor.
Spend another night on board watching your favourite movies in the restaurant, squid fishing at the reception or join our kitchen staff for the fruit carving session.
After breakfast on board, visit one of the biggest caves in Halong bay - Surprise cave with amazing stalactites and stalagmite.
